cholesterol in the egg during their studies.
Egg contains 12% protein, 500 - 600mg cholesterol and lesser amount of calcium and carbohydrates.
• Eating fried Eggs increase cholesterol level and blood density.
• Due to increase in blood density chances of high BP and heart diseases increase.
• In children, more consumption of eggs can be fatal for their immunity and emotional health.
• It can also cause jaundice, stone and intestinal diseases.
