    CAUSES
    1. Poor Posture
    2. Overuse of hand muscles
    3. Working Stress
    4. Late night Sleep

    MANAGEMENT
    • Your working system should be in front of your neck, neither below nor above.
    • Spine should be straight, not slouched.
    • Neck shouldn't be flexed or extended for long time.
    • Have a walk after 30 minutes to reduce pressure on spine.
    • Don't overuse hand muscles, take rest in every 15 minutes to regain energy in hand muscles.
    • When work load increases, ur neck muscles automatically got stiff, Better to have breathing exercises for relaxation.
    • Night is good time for healing and relaxation, Avoid continuous work and late night sleep.

    If you want to work without disturbing your spine, Keep these points in mind:
    1. Good Posture
    2. Don't overuse hand muscles
    3. Relaxation from stress
    4. Early and enough Sleep
    5. Chin tuck exercise
