    Jap is the part of every religion and it is the oldest form of meditation

    HOW JAP IS GOOD FOR HEALTH ?
    During Mantra jap , Five senses work in one place.
    • Eyes closed
    • Hand on beads of thread
    • Tounge reciting positive Mantra
    • Ear listening that Mantra
    • Breathing with prana of Mantra

    PROCESS OF JAP :
    • Choose a peaceful place for jap and sit on a mat.
    • Place Jap Mala on right hand ,close eyes and rotate the beads.
    • Recite the positive Mantra at every single bead.
    • When one set is complete , again turn the Jap Mala ,don't cross the higher bead ( Sumeru).

    Continous positive affirmation of Mantra Jap makes a strong pattern in mind to think in a positive way , Recitation of Mantra increases mental energy as well as physical energy of person.
